Stayed for 4 days, they messed up the charges three times. Aside from the fantastic service at NUNA Restaurant, everything else was absolutely terrible—It is the worst Four Seasons experience I’ve ever had.

最主要是在退房時，要重復收我的度假稅，給他們看訂單郵件的名細，他們還是要堅持收取。最後還是打電話到訂單平臺才得以解決。
