Stayed for 4 days, they messed up the charges three times. Aside from the fantastic service at NUNA Restaurant, everything else was absolutely terrible—It is the worst Four Seasons experience I’ve ever had.

最主要是在退房时，要重复收我的度假税，给他们看订单邮件的名细，他们还是要坚持收取。最後还是打电话到订单平台才得以解决。
